We are located in St. Louis, Missouri

When was this business started?
This business started in 2021 but was put into action in 2022.

Are your products pre-made or made to order?
Depending on what you order will determine if it is pre-made or not.
-If you order a personalized or custom-made candle, it is made to order. 

-If you order a candle or wax melt, those will be pre-made due to those products having to have a set amount of time to cure.

Do you have items that are in the works or coming soon?
Yes! In fact, sign up to receive emails that will alert you when we have a new item in stock!



Order Information

Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?
Unfortunately, no but if you do decide that you want to add on to an order, you can send an email utilizing the contact form with the order # within 24 hours after your order has been placed. 

What if I have questions regarding the order I have placed?
If you have questions about a recent order, you can utilize the contact form listed after FAQ.

What if I do not receive my order?
In the event that you have not received your order once it has surpassed the 5 to 7 business day timeframe, send an email using the contact form with your name and order #, and an investigation will take place.

Are there rush options available?
Yes, there are rush options available. Look for shipping options when you are checking out. 

Cancellation Policy

What if I want to cancel my order?
In the event that you need to cancel an order, please send an email using the contact form within the 1st hour. There is no guarantee that your order will be cancelled after a request has been made. We sincerely apologize. 
 
Shipping Policy 

How long will it take to get my orders?
-If you are local, the standard processing time frame is 2 to 4 days depending on the item.

-If you are not local, the time frame will be 5 to 7 business days for shipment. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

Return & Exchanges

What will happen if my item(s) arrived broken, leaked, or defective?
In the event that once you received your item and it is defective or broken, please take a picture of the product, and send an email using the contact form. Please allow 1-2 business days for response and instructions.

What if I don't like the scent and want to return or exchange, or receive a refund?
There is a description of what the product smells like when you click on the item. There will not be a chance to return or receive a refund. We apologize.
